Where do we go from here?
CMKX has came a long way from the days when Urban, Carolyn, and relatives were staking claims in the Big Sandy and other promising sites. I’m sure for Urban it has been a roller coaster ride for 17 years as we have just been riding a few years to a few days. We can within reason trace the steps forward from the early days to the present, but where do we go from being:
1. A non reporting Pink Sheet Diamond Exploration Company
2. with 1.4 plus million acres of mineral rights and options in the worlds largest diamond fields
3. carrying upwards of a 40,000 member shareholder base
4. with an 800 billion A/S and an unknown O/S.
5. extra baggage of probably a trillion or more NSS positions
6. with a PPS seemingly stalled between .0002 and .0004
7. holding millions of dollars from selling of percentages in the company’s mineral rights
8. holding 200 billion shares of SGGM worth near 50 billion dollars
9. an undeterminable market value but guessed to be near $240 million
10. Way undervalued and seemingly struggling in the market, yet gaining partnerships
11. Issuing 3 share dividends to the faithful shareholders to establish value beyond the market determinations
12. unreported core samples and lab results in several kimberlitic pipes
13. holding an aerial survey exposing hundreds of magnetic and non magnetic anomalies in a kimberlitic cluster heaven
14. a management team at the helm that companies only dream about
15. etc………….

In short I believe that we will be successful in stages; short – mid – and long term.
I believe:
SHORT TERM
1. we will become fully reporting as a top priority
2. we will immediately make application to the OTCBB with our sites on the AMEX
3. we will expel fears about the share structure by reporting a low O/S and removing the ideas of a R/S
4. we will reveal our financials and show relatively no debt as most acquisitions have been satisfied mainly with share payments and establish a valuation that can be calculated
5. we will see revenue begin flowing in from investments and holdings in other companies and the PPS begin to rise as CMKX valuation begins to appreciate in the market
6. we will update the findings on the core samples and lab results that have been withheld pending our fully reporting status
7. identification will be made to our new joint venture partners and their roll with CMKX
8. clarity will be brought to many of CMKX’s investments, assets, financial accounts and private fundings
9. we will receive our 3 share dividends and see our portfolio values begin to grow
10. we will arrive on the OTCBB with a growing PPS, huge shareholder base and interested and inquisitive institutional investors coming to the table
Mid Term (60 – 360 days)
I believe we will see:
1. a PPS .50+
2. a decreasing shareholder base as many investors sell out prematurely only to be replaced by eager institutional investors that are fewer but with big bucks
3. 2 to 3 open pit mines are planned to begin stages of bulk sampling in our super kimberlitic pipes as they have already been “proved up” and feasibility determination has been reached
4. Core sampled and valued target pipes are put on the market to raise more revenue and capital for the mining plans to be realized
5. Continued discovery of minerals and ores will be divided out to JV partners for extraction of gold, uranium, zinc, oil, gas, etc... while CMKX focuses primarily on diamonds
6. Uranium deposits are sold off to IUC or JVed out to JNR Resources and United Carina as government monies are provided for the undertaking as well
7. The management team is flowing as UCAD, CIM, GEMM, and others kick in to their respective flow and investors begin realizing continued valuation in their portfolios from additional share dividends and a modest cash dividend.
8. Shareholders see a boost from a 3 to 1 forward split from UCAD as they splash onto the Nasdaq with momentum from their CMKX investments and their gold processing plant coming into full operation
9. Ecuador plays favorably for CMKX and UCAD as the gold flow continues and revenue incoming is appreciated in the marketplace
10. CMKX steps up to the AMEX

NEW 2.5 hr. CMKX/DR D MP3 (Oct. 2/04)

This new CMKX/Dr. D MP3 is over 2.5 hours long (19.5MB), so be patient with the download -- it is well worth the time (as this MP3, IMO, contains some of the best DD on CMKX to the present day and it is right up to date as of Oct. 2/04). Some of the most interesting DD comes near the end also, so it is a good idea to try to listen to the whole thing.
Also, Dr D wanted this disclaimer attached wherever the MP3 is listed:
