Another E*Trade rumor, but here goes... koiman on PalTalk called E*TRADE regarding the "Tender Offer" everyone has been talking about showing up in their accounts. He asked the person on the phone if he could read exactly the information he is getting from Bloomberg. He wrote this down and it says this....
